Mamaliga cu legume coapte si branza de capra.

 Ingrediente :
🌺mamaliga, rosii, ardei verde, ardei iute, ceapa rosie sau verde, 1 catel de usturoi, ulei, sare, piper negru, patrunjel verde si branza de capra.
 

Mod de preparare:

🌺 Mamaliga preparata o turnam intr-o tava si o nivelam. Decupam bucati de mamaliga pe care le vom praji pe gratar. Tot pe gratar vom praji pe rand rosiile si ardeiul verde sau dupa preferinta. Eu am ales rosu 🌶️. Tocam si amestecam intr-un castron rosiile 🍅coapte (le cojim usor) ceapa 🌰verde sau rosie, ardei iute si patrunjel tocat marunt, sare, piper si un strop de ulei.
🌺Branza de capra o taiem in cubulete. Cand mamaliga este prajita pe ambele parti o luam de pe gratar o ungem cu un catel de usturoi, apoi adaugam legumele coapte si cubulete de branza.
🌺Va doresc pofta buna 🌺
